Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards across all touchpoints
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue generation
- Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of P&L responsibility and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's certification preferred
