Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage P&L, optimize revenue streams, and control operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Handle VIP guest relations and service recovery situations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury/resort segment operations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management expertise
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of Las Vegas tourism market trends
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and revenue management tools
- Valid Nevada Gaming License (or ability to obtain)
