Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
- Manage P&L responsibilities while controlling operational costs and optimizing resource allocation
- Lead and mentor department heads to ensure exceptional service delivery and team development
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive guest acquisition and loyalty programs
- Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain high satisfaction scores across all platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and improving guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Deep knowledge of Memphis tourism market and regional hospitality trends
- Valid Tennessee Food Handler certification required
