Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and local laws
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal service/cost ratios
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in premium properties
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Louisville tourism market and industry trends
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality analytics tools
