Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management programs
- Resolve complex guest issues and maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize room occupancy and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury/premium brands
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Advanced knowledge of hotel operations systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Maryland hospitality management certification
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills
