Join the Grand Milwaukee Hotel as our next Hotel Manager and lead our premier downtown property. We seek an experienced hospitality leader to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize revenue performance. Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance optimization across all departments
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Analyze financial reports to control costs and implement operational improvements
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event coordinators to drive business growth
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in full-service properties
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, etc.) and revenue management principles
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Valid Wisconsin Hotel Manager license required
