Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for revenue growth
- Maintain quality standards for all departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B)
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolution focus
- Monitor financial performance and budget adherence
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team development expertise
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Arizona hospitality certification
