Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability and occupancy rates
- Lead, mentor, and manage hotel staff with a focus on training, performance evaluation, and team development
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Monitor financial performance through budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve escalated service issues to maintain brand reputation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive local partnerships and community engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and operational KPIs
- Expertise in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi) and yield management
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications preferred
