Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze financial reports and control operational budgets
- Collaborate with sales team to develop business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Missouri Food Handler's certification
