Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and revenue generation
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures
- Recruit, train, and supervise 50+ staff members across all departments
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with sales team to maximize occupancy and average daily rate
- Resolve complex guest concerns with exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury/upper-upscale properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff development and retention
- Expert knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and hospitality technology
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
