Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of hospitality professionals through performance coaching and development initiatives
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Drive guest loyalty through personalized service initiatives and complaint resolution
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategic partnerships and corporate account growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's and Alcohol Service permits required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite
