- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services

- Manage staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve escalated guest concerns
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational efficiency
- Foster a positive work culture through team empowerment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury/premium segment
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Atlanta's tourism market preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Georgia Hospitality Manager certification
