Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures
- Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and occupancy
- Address guest concerns promptly and maintain exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and budget oversight
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nebraska hospitality certification preferred
