Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality across all departments
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement cost-control measures
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and maximize revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of Miami hospitality market and trends
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager license
