Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance development programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Drive revenue growth through targeted marketing and partnership strategies
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in upscale properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of hospitality operations and industry trends
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid California Hotel Manager certification
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
