Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ staff members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
- Implement sustainable practices and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with luxury brand
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Minneapolis tourism market preferred
- Proficiency in Opera, Delphi, or similar PMS systems
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
