Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee budget preparation, expense control, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize occupancy and profitability
- Resolve escalated guest concerns and maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience in premium properties
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Kansas hospitality management certification preferred
