Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health/safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Forge key partnerships with local attractions and corporate clients
- Drive occupancy rates through targeted marketing and community engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in upscale properties
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas Food Manager certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Arlington market dynamics and tourism trends
