Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals through training and performance management
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control expenses to achieve profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining brand consistency
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients, and local partners
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality through regular guest feedback analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and maximize occupancy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive hotel management experience with luxury properties
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational excellence
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization
- Expert knowledge of hospitality systems (Opera, RMS) and industry best practices
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
