Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and local regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for key services
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy goals
- Strong P&L management and financial acumen
- Expert knowledge of Opera, Yield Management, and industry software
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Valid Illinois Food Service Manager certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
