Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage budget, financial reporting, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid Texas Food Manager certification preferred
