Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for business development
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Knowledge of Philadelphia tourism market
