Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and budget optimization
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven P&L responsibility and revenue optimization track record
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Texas Hotel Manager License (or ability to obtain)
