Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service standards
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor financial performance and budget adherence
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain operational compliance
- Lead crisis management and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury/premium properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/Fidelio PMS systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
