Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize occupancy and ADR
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and departmental budgets
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service excellence
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales team on corporate/group business development
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/boutique properties
- Proven track record in PMS implementation (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management expertise
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol certification required
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Deep knowledge of Austin tourism landscape and market trends
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
