Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and cost control initiatives
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain exceptional service quality
- Collaborate with sales team on revenue management and group bookings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and KPIs
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager license
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
