Responsibilities
- Execute strategic operational plans to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and local laws
- Drive innovative guest experience initiatives and service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Oversee property maintenance and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven revenue management and PMS expertise (Opera/Micros)
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
- Texas Food Handler/Manager certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
