Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 30+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Analyze financial performance metrics and adjust operational strategies
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and maintenance departments
- Handle VIP guest requests and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality management with 2+ years at hotel manager level
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and revenue
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and revenue management
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license
