Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Lead, mentor, and train hotel staff to uphold service standards
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid North Carolina Food Manager certification preferred
