Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and loyalty
- Manage P&L responsibilities including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with sales team to drive group and corporate bookings
- Implement digital transformation strategies for guest engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury/boutique properties
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L leadership
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco tourism market
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred
