Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams through training and performance management
- Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, partnerships, and market analysis
- Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain exceptional service recovery protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years progressive hotel experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of P&L management and budget oversight exceeding $10M
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams of 50+ staff
- Expertise in luxury or full-service hotel operations and guest experience design
- Advanced knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Boston market knowledge and established industry relationships preferred
