Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage P&L responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and local tourism partners
- Drive occupancy rates through targeted marketing and community engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with 2+ years at leadership level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop diverse teams
- Expertise in property management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds preferred)
- Oklahoma hospitality certification or equivalent industry credentials
