Responsibilities
- Strategically manage all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service quality through personalized experiences
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive guest acquisition and retention
- Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L optimization
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of Las Vegas market dynamics and hospitality trends
- Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management expertise
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Nevada Gaming License or ability to obtain
