Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize profitability
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams of 50+ staff members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and local laws
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal value
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Drive guest satisfaction scores through service excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and hospitality analytics
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Tennessee Hotel Manager certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
