Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain exceptional service standards
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure memorable experiences
- Collaborate with sales team for business development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Kentucky hospitality certification preferred
