Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with sales team on revenue management and group bookings
- Handle guest relations, VIP experiences, and service recovery situations
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Knowledge of Baltimore tourism market and hospitality trends
- Proficiency in Opera, RMS, and other hospitality management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Valid Maryland hospitality certification preferred
