Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through service excellence standards
- Lead and mentor staff through training, performance reviews, and development programs
- Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive bookings and brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Expertise in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid New Mexico hospitality certification preferred
