Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to boost revenue and occupancy
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Analyze financial metrics to optimize profitability and cost control
- Handle guest complaints and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract local and regional clientele
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven revenue management and P&L oversight skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Knowledge of Arizona hospitality regulations
- Experience with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license
