Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Forge strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners
- Resolve complex guest issues with exceptional service recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
