- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services

- Monitor financial performance including budgeting and expense control
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for facility upkeep
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
- 5+ years hotel management experience in upscale properties
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California Food Handler's certification preferred
