Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Monitor financial performance through budget analysis and cost control

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- 5+ years hotel management experience in premium properties
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development expertise
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving aptitude
- Knowledge of Kansas City tourism market preferred
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and hotel software
