Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Drive guest loyalty through personalized service and innovative guest programs
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate and group partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in full-service properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and revenue management
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
