Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and train department heads to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and local laws
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate and leisure partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in upscale properties
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization expertise
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Virginia Food Protection Manager certification preferred
- Experience with Opera/PMS and hospitality analytics platforms
