Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of 40+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Drive community engagement and local partnerships to boost occupancy rates
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in premium properties
- Proven revenue management and P&L leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh's tourism market and hospitality trends
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Valid North Carolina Hotel Manager certification
- Demonstrated crisis management and conflict resolution expertise
