Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with sales team to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated service issues
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong knowledge of Miami tourism market dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager certification
