Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Collaborate with sales team to drive occupancy and maximize revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with exceptional service recovery
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury/boutique properties
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization track record
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
