Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to ensure exceptional service standards
- Monitor financial performance and control operational costs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve escalated complaints
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive bookings
- Build relationships with corporate clients and local partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in premium brands
- Proven revenue management and P&L leadership
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Minneapolis hospitality market preferred
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Valid Minnesota hospitality license
