Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and community engagement
- Handle guest relations and resolve complex service issues with professionalism
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in premium properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Amadeus) and revenue management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality management certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Tulsa's tourism market and competitive landscape
