Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and revenue optimization through dynamic pricing strategies
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Forge partnerships with local businesses and tourism boards
- Resolve escalated guest issues with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury property background
- Proven track record in revenue management and cost control
- Expertise in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Knowledge of San Jose tourism market dynamics
