As Hotel Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, drive revenue performance, and cultivate a high-performing team. Our property features 150 guest rooms, a rooftop pool, and an acclaimed restaurant – ideal for a dynamic leader passionate about hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement business plans to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
- Lead, train, and mentor a 50+ member team with focus on service excellence
- Manage P&L statements and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
- Coordinate with sales team to drive corporate and leisure bookings
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Handle guest relations and resolve escalated issues promptly
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/serviced apartments
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and revenue management systems
- Texas Hotel Manager certification required
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Deep knowledge of Austin tourism market and competitive landscape
